Lights up!SHOWTIME! "Lights up" is commonly used theatre slang. In movies, people will say "Lights, camera, action!" But in theatre, "Lights up" or "Curtains up" means that the stage lights have come on as the house (area where the audience sits) lights have gone off, or the curtains have opened.
